Favorite Breastfeeding & Lactation Products
If you’re a pumping or breastfeeding mama, you know it’s a special experience, but it’s also no walk in the park. In this weeks Friday Favorites post, I am sharing my favorite breastfeeding and lactation supplies that have helped me increase my milk supply and have made breastfeeding and pumping easier.
Please note that in addition the items listed, the frequency in which I pump/feed has been the biggest contributing factor to increasing my milk supply. Also, there’s nothing better than good ole H20 for hydration!
All items below include convenient shoppable links.
Oat Mama Brewers Yeast – Great for baking lactation treats, like my Oat Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies
Anthony’s Brewers Yeast – Another brand of brewers yeast I keep on hand in the kitchen for lactation treats such as cookies, brownies, muffins, “boobie balls” and more.
Oatmeal – Oats are one of the top milk producing foods.
Nature Made Postnatal Vitamins – Supports nutrition for mom and baby during breastfeeding.
V8 Hydrate (Coconut Watermelon) – Electrolytes and Hydration. Enough Said!
Bai Coconut Infused Water – Tastes AMAZING and great for quick hydration when dehydrated.
Gatorade Zero – No sugar and also great for quick hydration.
Large Yeti Tumbler – For drinking water and staying hydrated all day long. I cannot tell you how much water I have been drinking just because I have a large tumbler attached to me at all times!
Haakaa Silicone Breast Pump – This has been a life saver! Or should I say milk saver when the unused breast is leaking during a feed. I typically get 1 to 3 extra ounces saved when using!
Hands Free Pumping Bra – It just makes life easier. Especially for working moms!
Extra Pump Parts – With pump parts constantly in the sterilizer, buying extra pump parts has been amazing! These Maymom parts are compatible with the Spectra S2 pump that I use. They come in several different flange sizes.
Questions for you all:
- Have you used any of these products while breastfeeding or pumping? Did they help?
- What others products have helped you?
