DIY Ginger Immunity Shots

A condensed and concentrated cold-pressed juice designed to boost immunity and digestion!

I absolutely love taking wellness shots when I feel a cold or some type of sickness coming on. I will take them for a few days in a row to help combat whatever germs are running through our home. Additionally, I am all about Gut Health and love the benefits that wellness shots have on my digestion. Unfortunately, they are not cheap at the grocery store, and I would only purchase them when on sale. Even then, they are still pricey.

I set out to create my own version at home which is way more cost-effective and requires very basic ingredients.

DIY Ginger Immunity Shots

Total Time: 2 minutes

Yield: 1 shot


  • 1 (2 inch piece) fresh ginger or organic ginger juice
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Peel ginger root. Using a garlic press, juice ginger into drinking glass.
  2. Add orange juice, lemon juice, honey and cayenne pepper. Mix until combined.
