Dark Chocolate Turtle Cookies

December 1, 2025

Dark chocolate chips, crunchy pecans and gooey caramel..say less! Cookie Week 2025, Day 3 is Dark Chocolate Turtle Cookies!

This epic flavor combo has it all and makes the ultimate holiday cookie. Personally, my favorite part is the big flakes of sea salt sprinkled on top. It pairs so well with the chocolate, caramel and pecans.

The caramel sauce is completely optional, but really brings home the caramel flavor and adds to the many textures this cookie has to offer.

Not only did I include the chewy caramel bits and crunchy pecans inside of the cookies, but I included them on top as well. Double the deliciousness in each bite you take!
