It’s berry season!

With fresh berries of all kinds readily available during the summer, I tend to make more berry based dessert.

This 3 ingredient Angel Food Cake Parfait makes the perfect 4th of July treat with the red, white and blue color palette! By using already made Angel Food Cake, this dessert is done and ready to eat in under a minute giving you more time to soak up the sun during your holiday!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups angel food cake, cubed
  • 1 cup lite whipped cream
  • fresh berries of your choice

Instructions

  1. Layer a cup with cake, then whipped topping, then berries. Repeat until cup is filled.
