4 Ingredient Cheddar Turkey Melts on Pretzel Buns

I cannot find the words to describe how delicious these sandwiches turned out!

I’ve been on both a soft pretzel kick and a Dijon mustard kick lately, so naturally I was inspired to create a meal that included both ingredients.

There’s nothing complicated about this recipe, but it packs a lot of flavor. My favorite part are the pretzel buns. These particular ones are from the Publix Bakery and I will most definitely be going back for more!

4 Ingredient Cheddar Turkey Melts on Pretzel Buns

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 7 minutes

Yield: 4 sandwiches

Serving Size: 1 sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1lb honey maple turkey
  • 4 slices mild cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 pretzel buns

Instructions

  1. Spray griddle pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. On griddle pan, heat up turkey with cheese on top until melted. Then place pretzel buns on the griddle to toast (insides only) for 90 seconds. Remove from griddle.
  3. Assemble sandwiches. Serve Warm and Enjoy!
