Healthy High Protein Shamrock Shake
I am such a huge fan of minty flavored desserts. One of my favorites is mint chocolate chip ice. Moreover, the Shamrock Shake at McDonald’s is one guilty pleasure that I indulge in each March.
I really enjoy making store-bought or restaurant food at home in a healthier way, so I set out to make my own Shamrock Shake.
It’s a high protein, low sugar, guilt-free milkshake that you can make from your own home!
Here’s what you will need:
- Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
- Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- Peppermint Extract
- Ice Cubes
- Blender/Nutribullet
This version does not include Oreo chunks or chocolate, but I did include festive marshmallows to bring all the St. Patrick’s Day vibes. And remember, peppermint extract can be a very strong ingredient. A little goes a long way so be sure to only include a couple drops.
Healthy High Protein Shamrock Shake
Ingredients
- ½ bottle Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
- ½ cup Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ¼ package Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- A couple drops Peppermint Extract
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
