I cannot find the words to describe how delicious these sandwiches turned out!
I’ve been on both a soft pretzel kick and a Dijon mustard kick lately, so naturally I was inspired to create a meal that included both ingredients.
There’s nothing complicated about this recipe, but it packs a lot of flavor. My favorite part are the pretzel buns. These particular ones are from the Publix Bakery and I will most definitely be going back for more!
Let’s dive in..
- 1lb honey maple turkey
- 4 slices mild cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 pretzel buns
- Spray griddle pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- On griddle pan, heat up turkey with cheese on top until melted. Then place pretzel buns on the griddle to toast (insides only) for 90 seconds. Remove from griddle.
- Assemble sandwiches. Serve Warm and Enjoy!
