Rainbow Cinnamon Rolls

March 28, 2022

DIY Rainbow Cinnamon Rolls are the perfect sweet treat for your kiddos this spring!

If you have been around for a while, you know I love a good store bought glow up. My latest obsession is using Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls and turning them into something fun. They can be easily manipulated into other shapes and the options to do something creative with the icing are endless.

Here’s what you need to do..

Unroll each cinnamon roll and cut into arches. Place them on a prepared baking sheet in the shape of a rainbow.

Bake on 325 F for 15-17 minutes.

While rolls are baking evenly divide icing from package into 3 small bowls/containers. Mix food coloring of your choice into each bowl of icing and mix until desired color has been acheived.

Once cinnamon rolls have completely cooled, using a butter knife or small spoon to spread icing onto each arch of the rainbows.

*Rolls may lose shape as the puff. Feel free to cut excesss dough off ends upon removal from oven.
