A cheaper and healthier version of the Mangofest Smoothie from Smoothie King made at home!
My absolute favorite smoothie from Smoothie King is the Mangofest Smoothie. I have been getting it for years and constantly crave it when my sweet tooth is harassing me. I finally got fed up with paying an outrageous amount for a smoothie and after a lot of trial and error, I have found the ingredients to make it at home and taste the EXACT SAME. I even added in some extra ingredients to make it healthier than before for a fraction of the cost!
Typically, a Mangofest Smoothie is yellow/orange in color, but I added a heaping handful of spinach which makes this new version green in color. I love adding spinach to smoothies because it has no taste and adds a ton of nutritional benefits. I like adding chia seeds too!
Additionally, I like to add collagen powder to my smoothies which also has no added taste. I use Bioglan Inner Beauty Powder and Bioglan Marie Collagen Powder. I used to order this brand from Australia, but it has recently become available on Amazon! Hello 2-day Prime shipping!
The Inner Beauty Powder is blue form the spirulina and also adds a blue tint to the smoothie.

The Mangofest Smoothie is easily customizable, as you can see by the spinach and collagen modifications that I made, but the base of this smoothie is really simple and packed with flavor and health benefits!
I do want to point out that to achieve the exact taste of the Smoothie Kind version of Mangofest, you need the right juice blend. I have found that Knudsen Simply Nutritious Morning Blend Fruit Juice is the best juice for the job. The Smoothie King version is a pineapple, apple, papaya blend and those flavors shine through in the Knudsen Simply Nutritious Morning Blend. The only place I have been able to find this exact flavor in stores is Whole Foods, but Amazon carries it as well.

I use my Nutribullet to blend all of the ingredients.
