This Berry Granola Crisp recipe is the first in a 3-part series that I am sharing with my friends at Mason St. Bakehouse. Their granola is my go-to granola. When I am not snacking on it alone, I am looking for fun ways to incorporate this granola into meals. This 3-part series will introduce you to 3 easy, healthy and delicious recipes that you will want to add to your breakfast, snack or dessert rotations at home!
Before we get to this yummy recipe – Why Mason St. Bakehouse Granola?
My answer is simple. I enjoy eating Mason St. Bakehouse because they use REAL ingredients that are carefully selected Non-GMO. They have a wide variety of delightful flavors such as Super Seed & Fruit Granola, Pumpkin Spice Granola, Apple Crisp Granola and more. This particular recipe uses one of my personal favorites – Berry Crunch Granola. It’s loaded with cranberries, blueberries, sunflower seeds & flax seeds.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Frozen Berries
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 9 oz. Mason St. Bakehouse Berry Crunch Granola
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen berries, sugar, flour cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Pour berry mixture into a 9 x 12 baking pan or casserole dish.
- Top with Granola.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve & Enjoy!
- Tips: Serve warm alone or topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
